We are located in Des Plaines, IL, the NW suburbs of Chicago, near multiple kinds of public transportation and right off of I-290.

We are currently looking to hire in the following positions: Sign Installer Foreman, Estimator, and Shop Foreman.

All positions require the ability to take and pass a background check and a drug test. The benefits we offer are medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, vacation time, PTO, holiday pay, and more. All benefits are available after 90 days of employment. Vacation days are available after one year of employment.

Our Installation and Service Department needs a Foreman Installer who:

Can lead an install crew on a wide variety of installation and service projects.
Needs to have a positive attitude, ability to lead and teach a crew, and a comprehensive understanding of signage.
Can install letters, structures, cabinets, pylons, and all other interior and exterior signage.
Must be a licensed electrical sign installer or willing to get licensed.
Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to climb up and down ladders daily (up to 20' high), and work out of a bucket (up to 55' high).
Must have electrical experience.
CDL license is a plus.
Compensation is based on experience.

Our Estimation Department needs an Estimator who:

Preferably has 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
Has experience in construction, electrical, carpentry, and/or sign estimating.
Can create a full takeoff and bill of materials based on bid documents / client provided documents and price out all materials, labor, travel, and equipment.
Experience or a background in the sign industry as a fabricator, installer, etc. is a plus.
Has the ability to turn estimates in a reasonable amount of time.
Can assist with finding new suppliers, vendors, and handle some project purchasing when needed.
Compensation is based on experience.

Our company needs a Shop Foreman who:

Must be able to read CAD and engineering drawings.
Fabrication skills with working with all raw materials: stainless steel, aluminum, steel, acrylics, and other plastics.
Must know and learn custom build methods for the sign industry.
CNC routing experience.
Must be self-motivated with strong problem solving skills.
Must be able to give directions in a clear and concise manner with coworkers, vendors, and clients.
Must be able to follow and enforce established safety protocols.
Must be able to establish and maintain effective team relationships with all departments.
Must be able to work in a team environment with all departments.
Must be able to follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Must have the ability to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
Compensation is based on experience.
